In the Settings/Preferences dialog (⌘ + ,), go to General tab

Delimiter

Choose from Tab, ,, or ;

Swap

Choose from ", ', Space, or Quote if needed

Line break

Choose from \\n, \\r\\n, or \\r

Decimal

Choose from . or ,
